"I don't want to be sold to. I want the companies we work with to be a member of my team, and I give Airbus DS Communications the highest marks for that. Everyone on their team, no matter when, will talk to me, with no in-betweens. They make themselves part of my team and this is critical when you are talking about systems that save peoples' lives."
